A LOOK AT THE RAPTURE

Truth is, when a belief gets too old, it is taken as a truth. Nobody cares anymore to question the validity of such subjects, even if they don’t line up with scriptures or the ultimate purposes of God because it has been handed down from generations to generations. And fully propagated by respected fathers in the faith. I Just want us to take a look at this theory as it’s often tied to the Antichrist as a last day event.

THE RAPTURIST MISCONCEPTION OF SCRIPTURES

Just to remind us about what the ‘Rapturist’ believes,. It is that one day soon, while the whole world is asleep, Jesus shall “Crack” through the empty sky and in a flash catch away His waiting Bride, the Church, secretly as He returns in “Mid-air”. They will now spend at least 7 years (some 3,l/2 years) in heaven before the throne enjoying the “marriage supper of the Lamb”. While this is taking place in heaven, the “man of sin”, the “antichrist” should have started the most fearful supposed “Great Tribulation”.

After 3’l/2 years, (others say 7 years) Jesus and the Saints will now return to earth to set up His kingdom, ruling from the old city of Jerusalem, for 1,000 years.

By this time, Satan sould  have been destroyed and mankind is left with eternal bliss and endless peace on earth’ they said.

But do not forget that even in the midst of this, they are divided. For you have the “PRE-TRIB”. That is the belief in the rapture taking place before the Great Tribulation. “MID¬TRIB” meaning the rapture occurring in the middle of the tribulation, and “POST – TRIB” the rapture occurring after the tribulation.

The question one will like to ask at this juncture is, where is the provision for the fulfillment of certain scriptures like 

“Rom. 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: …”

 Are all Israel saved now?

 Romans.8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God”

 We can see that the’ rapture belief denies the fulfillment of the above Scripture which is directly connected to the ultimate purpose of man’s existence. Gen.l:26-27, Ps.82: 1-6. “..Let them have dominion … “. This is what was lost in Adam through disobedience, that Jesus came to restore.

WHAT THEN IS THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION?

Again, this theory wants us to believe that the abomination has to do with the supposed antichrist that will be sitting in the temple of God in Jerusalem. And to support this, they will quote 2Thes.2:3-4 and Dan.7:24-25.

But a careful study will reveal that what Mathew spoke about as abomination can best be seen in

Dan.9: Da 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

“..A foreign ruler and his army will sweep down like a mighty flood, leaving both the city and the temple in ruins, and war and destruction will continue until the end, just as God has decided” Dan.9:26 CEV.

 ” … War will continue until the end God has ordered that place to be completely destroyed” NCV.

The Messiah that ‘was cut off in this passage speaks of the death of Christ after His 3’l2 years of ministry.

 ‘The people of the prince’ speaks of the Roman soldiers, ‘the prince’ himself being General Titus.

So without controversy, it can be seen that Daniel prophesied the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple by the Roman armies under the command of Titus.

 Therefore to link Math.25:15 with the ‘man of sin’ sitting in the temple in a future date and you call that ‘the abomination of desolation’ is erroneous.

 When we talk of the “holy place” and we think it has to do with the physical temple in Jerusalem is not true, for you see, all those who go to Jerusalem for pilgrimage do know, that once you drop off from your plane at Tel Aviv, you are already in the “holy land” even without getting to the temple.

So, the Roman armies were already standing in the ‘holy land’ as they stood around the walls of Jerusalem to besiege it.

Like we saw in Luk.21:20 Amp. “But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then you will know that the time of its destruction has arrived.” tlb.

 From the above, you can see that the word

“Desolation” is the same thing as “destruction” and that Jesus gave this to His disciples as a “sign” to be observed and escape the destruction that was to come to the city in AD 70.

“then you will know”. “you will see ‘the awful horror’ of which the prophet Daniel spoke. It will be standing in the holy place.”. “Then (when you notice the Roman armies) those who are in Judea must run away to the hills. A man who is on the roof of his house must not take the time to go down and get his belongings from the house (the steps to the roof top were always outside, it means no delay), A man who is in the field must not go back to get his cloak, (if this is the rapture, then it requires a physical preparation to catch up with it). How terrible it will be in those days for women who are pregnant and for mothers with little babies! Pray to God that you will not have to run away during the winter (too cold for the body) or on a Sabbath (time of rest to the Soul in Service to the Lord). For the trouble at that time will be far more terrible than any, there has ever been from the beginning of the world to this very day ( Jer.30:7). Nor will there ever be anything like it again. But God has already reduced the number of days; had He not done so, nobody would survive. For the sake of His chosen people the elect sake – however, God will reduce the days” Math.24: 15-22. Goodnews.

Can you see it?  Observe this, when the scripture spoke of the elect here, it was referring to those among the Jews who were called into the Christian fold.. There was nothing in all these passages linking the Antichrist with a supposed Rapture.

THE ORIGIN OF THE RAPTURE.

It was originated by three men John Nelson Derby, founder of the Plymouth Brethren who started teaching it in about 1828 AD, who got some of his ideas from a Catholic monk named Manuel De Lacunza who published his ideas in 1750.AD

Then in 1830 AD in Engalnd. A 15 year old Margaret Mcdonald claimed to have had a revelation in which the church was taken away into the air before the great tribulation. Therefore to Derby and the rest, this was a confirmation.

 Dr Scofield, got this “new revelation” from Derby when he visited the united states in 1862 and included this teaching in the footnotes of his bible. The Scofields reference bible.

“Dr.” Scofield, actually awarded himself his doctor’s degree without any higher education.

In the early 1900’s Scofield was backed financially by a Jewish lawyer named Samuel Untermyer, who was one of the framers of the Federal Reserve Act and was the president of the occult Lotus Club in New York.

Untermyer provided Scofield with free housing for about twenty years while he wrote his notes for the Scofield Bible. His motive was undoubtedly political, laying the groundwork to convince Christians to support the Jewish State, which was already being planned by certain powerful Zionist Jews. Their motives were anything but Christian.

The Assembly of God’s Church, the first Pentecostal church finally picked it from Scofield bible reference note while preparing their Sunday school manuals through the printing press of D.L Moody, who was also influenced by Dr  Scofield .

And that is how this  dangerous teaching came to stay in the body of Christ.

NO LANGUAGE OF JESUS POINTED TO RAPTURE.

We know it that Math 24 is not talking about a rapture.

Jesus said in 34 “this generation will not pass before all that he said comes to pass ” how long is a generation?.  Biblical generation is 40yrs. 

We are already some 2,000yrs plus when he said that so he wasn’t talking to you.

DAYS OF NOAH-THE TAKEN AWAY

Math.24: 37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”

What happened in the days of Noah? Who were taken away? Was it the righteous or the wicked that were eating and drinking.

Read it again for yourself.

Luke’s account (17:26-27) said, the flood came and DESTROYED THE WICKED.

 And the righteous Noah was left behind to inherit the earth.

If “taken away” means the “Rapture”, then it’s the wicked that will be raptured.

This is how we have fared in our End Time Theology. Just reading scriptures upside down to prove a none feasible doctrine. We should be ashamed of ourselves.

In the parable of the WHEAT and TARES which of them was harvested first?,

Math. 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. (KJV)

 Was it not the tares that corresponded to the wicked?

Jesus teachings shows clearly that only the wicked are always taken away (killed) first and not the righteous, but we in our theology turn things around because of the rapture doctrine.

In Math 16: 28 Jesus speaking to his disciples said “Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom”

Was Jesus talking to you?  If none of the disciples is still alive today, what’s that supposed to mean to us?

Was this not his coming in judgment to Jerusalem to destroy the wicked unbelieving Jews? 

When he told them in Math 10: verse 23  “But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man become”

Are the disciples still running today?  Are we in any way living in one of the cities in Israel? How do we really read this Book?

The only comings we know in the Bible are “the first” and “second coming” which is even unbiblical.

We don’t know that there are various shades of Christ comings such as, his coming as a judge,as the  rain, a thief, in the clouds, as the Bridegroom, etc etc and they are not saying the same thing.

The trouble we have today is that we copy and paste, what we think our supposed big fathers in the faith have spoken or being taught without checking out the truth in what they are peddling scripturally and so deceiving the masses.

But the Bible says study to show yourself approved unto God..( 2 Tim. 2:15.) Not unto man.

1 THES 4:13-18

The subject of the book of Thess. is an address to a congregation that experienced intense persecution (1 Thes. 2:14). Upon Paul’s preaching in this city, many believed, which caused the fanatical Jews to stir up a mob violence against him and Jason who housed him.

 Through a tight security Jason was saved while Paul was sent away secretly in the night by the brethren to Seroea (Acts 17: 1¬10).

 Aside of the great persecution that the church went through (1 Thes 2:14), they also experienced great sorrow over the loss of a number of their brethren through death (1 Thes 4:13).

Paul first sent Timothy to strengthened them because of his failure to go there twice (1Thes 2:17,-3:3).

And he rejoiced over  Timothy’s encouraging report of the brethren.(1 Thes. 3:6-10). But on a more serious note, they needed further encouragement and strengthening, therefore he had to commend them (1 Thes 1:2-10, 2:14; 3:6-10), that they may follow the course approved by God (1 Thes 4:1,2), abstain from fornication (1 Thes. 4:3-8) etc;  But above all, that they be comforted with THE RESURRECTION HOPE “ But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning THEM WHICH ARE ASLEEP, THAT YE SORROW NOT, even as others which have no HOPE– 1 Thes. 4:13-18.

  Therefore, the issue in question is that of THE RESURRECTION HOPE and not’ RAPTURE’. The word of the Lord in Vs 18 is “wherefore comfort one another with these words-”    which has to do with the Resurrection of the different categories of the saints Vs 13. Those who “SLEEP IN JESUS- (V.14), those “which are ALIVE and REMAIN- (V. 15,17) and those who are “DEAD IN CHRIST- (V. 16).

That is to say, the saints should not be in sorrow, for all the saints shall meet with the Lord through the process of the Resurrection.

 So, this was not to escape the persecution of the Antichrist in the great tribulation through the Rapture.

But, for the Rapturist! Jesus will not appear visibly to those on the earth, but only COMES IN THE AIR to resurrect the true saints who have died, change the living saints (1 Cor. 15:23, 51-53, Phil. 3:20-21) and “catch them up to meet the Lord in the air-. After this is the REVELATION (His supposed second coming with the saints).

The interval between these two events is generally regarded as seven years (Daniels 70th week).

During this time, according to this view, the Antichrist will make a seven year covenant with the Jews in which he will allow them to offer sacrifices in a rebuilt temple at Jerusalem. But after three and half years, he will break his covenant and place an idol (the abomination of desolation) in the ‘holy place’ of the temple. The Jews will refuse to bow and a great persecution will result – which they termed the  time of Jacob’s trouble.

Finally, at the close of the tribulation period (the end of the age); Christ will return in power and great glory.

Those who believe the ‘rapture’ will take place before the tribulation are called – ‘PRE – TRIBULATION RAPTURIST’ while those who believe the ‘rapture’ will take place after the tribulation are called – PRO-TRIBULATION RAPTURIST.

 This is the theory that has kept the Christian world bound.

Now, note this, in the entire Bible there is no where it is stated that Jesus will be

“coming FOR the saints”,

 rather you can find “IN THE SAINTS’ (2 Thes. 1:10) and WITH THE SAINTS’ (Jude 14).

To teach a doctrine with a word very foreign to the world of God is very dangerous.

Furthermore, they believe that the ‘Rapture’ will enable Christians escape the tribulation by using such terms as “-caught up” “transformed” and “translated-”.

But the truth is, none of these processes makes us to escape a ‘tribulation’ but, rather they are making us to escape “Death- even in Adam. We are “caught up’ (1 Thes. 4:13) into a spiritual state of consciousness to escape from our camel mindedness which is death (Rom 8:6), as we partake of His divine nature and so “-ESCAPED- from “-the CORRUPTION THAT IS IN THE WORLD THROUGH LUST” (2 pet 1.4), even as we “– have fled for refuge (Heb 6.18), into Him thereby making us sons (John 1:12).

Enoch was ‘translated’ that he may not ‘see death’ Heb 11:15 not because there was an Antichrist or tribulation.

2 Cor 12:1-3, Paul was CAUGHT UP to the thirds heaven, he never left the Earth.

Rev.4:1.., “COME UP HITHER, and I will shew thee things which must be HEREAFTER”

Things that follow after the  the AGE of the seven Churches, not a rapture..

  So you see, all of these ‘terms’ are the progressive workings of the redemptive work of Christ in us.

Other confused believers of this Rapture teaching are the “three different groups” of the secret Pre – tribulational Rapture doctrine:- which are (a) The mid – tribulational Rapture, (b) the Split – Rapture and (c) the Partial Rapture. And of course, these groups of believers are more damaging than the previous ones.

These ‘Partial’ and ‘Split’ believers contend that the ‘Rapture of the saints is based upon merit and not upon your faith on the finished work of Christ. This belief is as foreign as the inventors themselves, to the mind, purposed and the word of God. It is never taught in the scriptures.

Again their belief is based on the parable of the TEN VIRGINS.

Math 25.. 1 ¶ “Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.”

In their view, the Ten Virgins were all Christians with their Lamps trimmed at the first.

 To them the ‘five foolish’ Virgins will not go through the rapture because they have no oil- the qualifying factor.

But why do you think chapter started with the word “THEN”?

Simply  because its was dealing with the judgment of Israel in the previous  chapter 24 , so he meant to say  once the judgement  are over,  this is what follows next , the kingdom  of God and those to share his life as the bridegroom.

In Israel the Bridegroom doesn’t come and take the Bride away, rather he comes in the night time, and the announcement is made by the friend of the Bridegroom just like John was to Jesus, ‘the Bridegroom cometh’ go ye OUT TO MEET HIM ” not ‘go up.’

Then the virgins who are  like the bridesmaids of today, takes their lamps to lighten the street , to welcome him to the fathers-in-law’s house where they both will have the married consummate that night to proof whether the girl is a virgin or not by displaying the bed sheet the next day if here was a blood stain on it or not. If there was nonstain , the groom will speak out to the elders that the wife given to him by his inlaw is not a virgin.

Then father and the bride will then taken  to face the judgement.

Now if this was the Rapture, how come the foolish virgins made it to heaven. Look at verse 11..

“Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.”

You see that?

Lamps in the Bible speaks of the word of God, (Ps 119:105

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path ”  Oil is the illumination of God’s word.

To be foolish without oil just means you lack understanding of the word of God as per the season,.

 By implication those who will not understand the words he was saying will fall victims to the judgment that was to come to Jerusalem.

That’s why it is the Parable about the kingdom of God.

Hence in 1 Cor.6: 17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit”

You don’t have to be raptured to be married to Jesus.

 Above all, God in His word promised us “ESCAPE” from “TEMPTATION” (1 Cor. 10:13) and Jesus further prayed for us to be ‘preserved- “I do not ask that you will take them out of the world, but that you will KEEP and PROTECT THEM (Christians) from the EVIL (ONE).” Jn .17:15. (Not Rapture) Please see verses 9, 15-16.

It is now clear enough that 1 Thes 4:13-17 which is the common text is not dealing with’Rapture’ rather it is the issue of Resurrection 1 Tthes. 4:13-14.

While the Ten Virgins can be seen as all being Christians, the truth of the matter is these ‘Ten Virgins corresponds to the parable of the ‘Wheat’ and ‘Tares’ all having the appearance of Christianity even in their acts, making it very difficult to differentiate the fake from the genuine – a task that only Christ is capable of.

The point therefore is, if there is to be any “rapture” just like “resurrection”, all should be seen as part of the finished work of Christ on the cross as the resurrection has always been considered.

WHY ARE THE RAPTURE BELIEVERS CONFUSED?

Simply because the issue of Rapture is foreign to the mind and the word of God.

Therefore they who want to believe it have no foundation.

Friends, nothing about Antichrist that will be on the stage through the preparation of the G5 and Coronavirus, and so the Rapture will soon take place as Christ comes to take his people away.. There is nothing  like that, it’s all a religious deception.

END OF THE WORLD (A)

Isaiah 45:18 (Amp) For thus says the Lord — Who created the heavens, God Himself, Who formed the earth and made it, Who established it and did not create it to be a worthless waste; He formed it to be inhabited — I am the Lord, and there is no one else.

Not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited–Therefore, Judah, lying waste during the Babylonish captivity, shall be peopled again by the exiles. The Jews, from this passage, infer that, after the resurrection, the earth shall be inhabited, for there can be no reason why the earth should then exist in vain any more than now.

Not in vain; That is, God’s purpose in creating the earth shall be fulfilled, so shall all his counsels respecting his chosen people.

WORLD WITHOUT END?

Eph 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. NKJV.

Eph 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Mt 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Now looking at the above two scriptures quoted , it looks like they are contradicting themselves.

Ephesians says world without end. Mathew says till the END OF THE WORLD.

So what exactly is the difference?  Look at it, in Ephesian what you have is .

“Throughout all ages=  eiv pasav tav geneav.  “Through all succeeding generations”-while the race of human beings continues to exist on the face of the earth.

This is what you see in Ecl. 1: 4 One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.

But when you come to.

Mathew 28:20, .This is what you see:

The end= sunteleia,  soon-tel’-i-ah  – entire completion, i.e. consummation (of a dispensation):–end.

World= aion,  ahee-ohn’  =  properly, an age;, the world; specially (Jewish) a Messianic period (present or future):–age, course, (n-)ever, (beginning of the , while the) world (began, without end).

So you see, the world that is ending is the dispensation then of the Jewish sacrificial laws for the new order of the messianic kingdom to arise and that was what took place after Christ death on the Cross, but fully completed when the Roman Soldiers invaded Jerusalem and uprooted even the foundation stones with which the Temple was built.

They dug up everything with the mind that they will see Gold because they found Gold in the most holy place.

FULFILLING THE PROPHECY OF JESUS IN MATHEW 24:1-3

“Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2 “Do you see all these things?” he asked. “I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.” NIV

 Truth is, the old Testament never ended after Christ death on the cross, not even at Pentecost because the Jews were still worshipping in the Temple and the sacrifices were on going with the high Priest.. Hence Peter could heal the man by the beautiful gate ,until 40years down the line when the Romans through General Titus came to wipe out Jerusalem and the temple. That was when the Old Testament ended. And this was the world of the Jews not the Globe-Earth.

It was an era that ended not humanity or planet  Earth.

See it clearly with the work of Christ as the high Priest with the sacrifice of himself..

Heb 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. (KJV)

NKJV Heb 9:26 He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself”

Now note the word ‘AGES’ in the NKJV, it means there were ages before the age of the law, which also ended after Christ sacrifice like we said. That means several other ‘worlds’ before that world. You see it?

So what he came to put an end to was the Jewish religion not the end of the human race, and it was just an “age”people!

Heb 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

The end of the world]  The conclusion of the Jewish dispensation, the Christian dispensation being that which shall continue till the end of time.

To put away sin]  eiv ayethsin amartiav.= To abolish the sin-offerings; i.e. to put an end to the Mosaic economy by his one offering of himself.

This is the fulfiment of the 70 weeks of Daniel. You see that? Look at it;-

AMP Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks [of years, or 490 years] are decreed upon your people and upon your holy city [Jerusalem], to finish and put an end to transgression, to seal up and make full the measure of sin, to purge away and make expiation and reconciliation for sin, to bring in everlasting righteousness (permanent moral and spiritual rectitude in every area and relation) to seal up vision and prophecy and prophet, and to anoint a Holy of Holies. “Holy of Holies”  being the Christ himself.

“THE END OF THE WORLD” THE CLOSE OF THE AGES.

“- – and what shall be the sign of thy coming and the end of the world ?” Math 24 : 3 KjV.

Once this passage of’ ‘scripture is read, the larger Christian circle will immediately conjure up the thought of either the Rapture, or when the entire globe called planet Earth will blow up in smoke. But as we discovered in  the  passages above, the earth abides forever, while one generation passes away, another comes. See Eccl 1:4, Ps 104:5, Isa 45: 18.

Above all, the Spirit declares ” …. to Him be glory in the Church by Christ Jesus throughout all the ages. WORLD WITHOUT END, Amen “Eph 3:21, NKJ.

 It therefore follows that we need to have a better understanding of what we are dealing with here in Math 24:3.

Again WHAT DO WE MEAN “THE END OF THE WORLD “THEN Math 24:3?

The Greek word used here is Aion which means –an age, by extension. Perpetuity, (also past); by implication. the world; spec. (Jewish), a Messianic period (present or future) age, Course, eternal, (for) ever (-. more )— Strongs concordance # 165.

Greek Lexicographers have shown that the word AGE (AION) may refer to a period of time in man’s history, whether having or not having, specific dates of demarcation. It could mean a “space of time” “Clearly defined and marked out epoch” “age” and also “life time” “Life” and ‘generation”

So the basic sense of the word “AION” is “AGE” or “PERIOD OF EXISTENCE”.

 I think a comparison of other Bible translations on Math 24:3 will make this clearer.

1. “–And what will be the sign of your coming and the end of the AGE” NKJ

2. “–What will be the sign of your coming and the end of the AGE” N A S

3. ” –What will happen to show that it is the time of your coming and the end of the AGE” GNB

4. “–sign of your coming and the end of the AGE” NIV.

5. “–The end of the AGE” Williams.

6.  .” –the sign of thy coming and the close of the AGE?” RSV.

7. “–the sign of your coming and the end of the AGE” N.E.B.

8. “–What will be the sign of your coming and of the end-that is the completion, the consummation-of the AGE?” AMP.

9. “~-the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?” Interlinear        Translation.

Meaning his coming was to end that age .That age is what the King James Version, calls the ‘END OF THE WORLD’.

So you see, what we are dealing with in Math. 24 . “End of the world” is “the end of the age” Therefore we can see that “the age” Jesus was talking about, was the age of the Jewish order” For this generation (age, world) shall not past till all these things be fulfilled. Math. 24:34- KJV.)

Dear Friends, the “end of the world” is not in the sense of which we have believed it. It is not scriptural. What the bible teaches is “the consummation of the age” and at the consummation of a particular age, another age opens in its place and the world goes on until the order determined by God is fulfilled when God shall have become all in all in His agenda.

 1 Cor 15:27 “For He [the Father] has put all things in subjection under His [Christ’s] feet. But when it says, All things are put in subjection [under Him], it is evident that He [Himself] is excepted Who does the subjecting of all things to Him. [Ps 8:6.]

28 However, when everything is subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will also subject Himself to [the Father] Who put all things under Him, so that God may be all in all [be everything to everyone, supreme, the indwelling and controlling factor of life]”. AMP.

This then will be the consummation of all ages,that the Father is working and moving creation towards.

Same state that Adam was, when he was in true fellowship with the Father.

THE “DESOLATION” OF DANIEL SPOKEN OF – A KEY

Another important key to the understanding of what we are talking about – the end of the age of the Jewish system, temple worship etc. can be found in the statement of Jesus in answer to the question of the Apostles. And they asked Him, saying,

 “Master but when these things shall be? (The destruction of the temple… ). And what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass”?

 Mind you, the temple was the object of their discussion, so don’t forget that.

 They wanted to know when this very important prophecy would be fulfilled and what signs would be forth coming to alert them.

 Hear part of what He told them in Matt. 24: 15 as a sign

“when ye therefore shall see the abomination of DESOLATION, spoken of by Daniel”…see that as a sign of the then destruction of the temple.

Aagain.

“And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies (Roman Soldiers) then KNOW that the DESOLATION therefore is nigh” Luke 21:20. KJV.

Did you get the link there? The people who asked for the sign, got the sign of the desolation, how on earth would the preachers of today project this into our age? What has the desolation spoken of by Daniel concerning Jerusalem got to do with us, except for spiritual application and drawing a lesson from it?  Absolutely nothing!.

To apply this and many other verses in Math 24 to our day is the misapplication of scriptures and so missing the true meaning of the entire chapter.

 Let it be emphatically stated here that all the wars and destruction spoken of in this chapter had to do with Daniel’s holy city (the then Jerusalem) and his people (the Jews) period!.

Read the “Throne of Blood “by Josephus, the greatest Jewish Historian.

See what follows in the admonition of Jesus to them that once  the disciples noticed the “’desolation’ sign” they  should take the following  actions.

“Then let them which is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house, Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days. But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day” Math 24: 16-20 kjv.

Let us think a bit. Assuming this was the Rapture that the ‘Pentecostal world’ has made us to believe. Does it mean a baby can prevent one from being raptured, or how will you explain Jesus words “woe unto them that are with child”. What about “But pray that your flight be not in the winter neither on the Sabbath day”

Does it mean the winter or Sabbath is not a good season for one to be raptured? . You see, Jesus was only saying, one cannot tell when exactly these Roman soldiers will move in, but pray that as they certainly would come in, let it not be in the winter season, for that will be too bad a weather condition for you to be running away on the open field. And let it not be on the Sabbath day, for, you may be observing one of your feast days or resting and so taken unaware and trapped within the city.

It is clear enough, the Romans came, camped around Jerusalem, and at God’s intervention, without anyone opposing the Romans or challenging them for a fight, they pulled up their stakes and left.

At that sign, all the Christians who remembered the words of Jesus fled the city. Therefore when General Titus eventually came in with his armies and level the city to the ground, not a single Christian died. They saw the abomination of desolation and escaped for their dear lives as Jesus has said.

So you see, that “world” ended with the introduction of Christianity, more especially after the death, resurrection and the out pouring of the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost

“For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands — now to appear in the presence of God for us; not that He should offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the most holy place every year with the blood of another – He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at “the end of the ages” He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself” Heb 9:24-26 NKJ.

“

end of the ages” (plural) Yes, spanning a whole period of 42 (14 x 3) generations, from Abraham to Christ (Math. 1: 17) when animal sacrifices were offered. The presence of Christ terminates ( ends) all of these modes of worship in other to find favour with God. Even so shall all the systems of man come to an end, as the presence of Christ is increasingly manifested through His Church which God has allowed for the past years, that Christ alone will eventually reign supreme in all of God’s creation. Amen.

THE TRUE GOSPEL ENDS THE WORLD

“Tell us, when shall these things be and what shall be the sign of thy coming and of the end of the world?”

 Math 24:3 kjv ( “–Tell us, when will this be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the CLOSE OF THE AGE ?” RSV.

It is absolutely clear then, that what we are dealing with has nothing to do with the end of the globe” but rather the system of things that was in operation before the coming of Christ.” The system of things” were those things that characterised that particular age in question which the presence of Jesus the Christ came to put an end to, in order that the worship of God might be perfected, hence “the close of the age”. We shall therefore consider two more verses in math 24 to clearly indicate what we are talking about.

THE TRUE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM ENDS THE WORLD.

In Math 24:6 w read “And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, see that ye be not troubled, for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet” kjv

 “When you hear of wars beginning, this does not signal my return, these must come, but the end is not yet, “tlb.

Here Jesus is saying that wars and rumour of wars does not in any way signal His return. But unfortunately, these are the same verses of scripture that the popular TV Evangelist and ‘big men of God’ has used, and are still using till date to put men in fear of the imminent return of Jesus Christ.

They look around the world for war ‘hot spots’ on CNN etc. and jump to say ‘here it is’, ‘this is the sign of the end of time. But Jesus said, no, that is not the sign of my corning.

Note  also that Jesus was dealing with a particular age (Math 24:34 “¬this generation must not pass till all these things be fulfilled, “)

indicating that, these words of Jesus has to be fulfilled before the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70.

Looking at it from the historical perspective, the period in question was such a rough one for the Jews. In seleucia, record has it that 50,000 Jews were killed. The Jews were seriously risen against Alexandria. In the battle of the Jews and Syrians in caesurae, about 20,000 Jews were killed. Over there in Rome, within the space of 18 months, four Roman Emperors came to a violent death. A Roman historian (the Annals of tacitus) whose historical record covered this period prior to the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70, made use of languages as “war in America, the war in Britain, intrigues among the Parthians, insurrections in Gaul, commotion’s in Thrace, in Africa, Disturbances in Germany” etc.

So you see, to the average believer in the language of Jesus, they know that ‘the end of the world’ was not referring to the end of planet earth, even as Jesus indicated. But rather to the “end of the Jewish economy” that has to do with the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple, which must take place after these events.

So to the Jewish Christians, these events were necessary as a sign of what to expect in the future, they were so certain that the sayings of Jesus were relevant to their days. To them, it has nothing to do with a future date of about 2,000 years later. They also knew it that the Lord was directly in an unmistakable manner speaking about Jerusalem and the temple.

 Again listen to this

“And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come” Math 24:14 .. kjv,

 What “end” do you think, He was referring to? It was the fall of Jerusalem. You need to understand that the ‘WORLD’ as used here, has nothing to do with the universe or wherever there is a human being. But rather, it was referring to wherever there was a Jew at that time.

Wherever there was a Jew was ‘the end of the world’ That is why we read that”– ye being in time past gentiles in the flesh, who are called uncircumcision by that which is called circumcision in the flesh made by hands, that at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world” Eph 2:11-12 KjV.

Meaning that, only those who were in that Covenant had God in the world.

 Therefore those (the Jews) are the people that ought to receive the Gospel of the kingdom then, before the “end shall come”, for Jesus came only for the lost sheep of Israel. Math 15:24. And “the message was usually proclaimed to only the Jews —” Acts 11: 19 Jb.

So then when we are talking of the world here, we are talking of wherever there was a Jew, i.e. the Graeco-Roman world.

For they were destined to hear the Good News before the fall or punishment comes to Israel. The earliest testimonies of the apostles will be against the faithlessness of Judaism. Mt 10:18.

Therefore, before the fall, the Gospel had already reached the main parts of the Roman Empire where you could locate a Jew.

 Proof of what I am saying is found in scriptures.

For instance  “—we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations of the world for His name” Rom 1:5 KJV.

Paul never went round all nations of the world before he died, he did not even get to Africa, but yet ‘the obedience was to all nations’. Now see this.

“Firstly, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world “Rom 1:8.

Can you imagine that? The faith of the Jewish Christians in Rome was being spoken of throughout the whole world?

What life was the Jewish Christian living that we heard of here in Africa?

What this passage means is that, among the Jews of the dispersers (James 1:1) wherever they were, the faith of the ones in Rome was being spoken of.

Again, to the Church in Colossians, we read of “–the hope– which is come to you, as it is in ALL THE WORLD–and be not removed away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard ,and which was preached to every CREATURE which is under heaven. whereof 1 Paul am made a minister “.CoL 1:6,23. KJV.

Mind you, this letter was written between 62-63 AD before the fall. Again, here is Paul declaring that the gospel had reached the entire world and every creature has heard it.

Can you believe that? When did the gospel get to Africa? Can we say all creature-mankind today have heard the gospel preached to them?

 Missionaries still tell us today that there are people who have not yet heard this gospel even in Africa here.

So what do we mean, “Gospel preached to all creatures under heaven?”. It is simply referring to wherever there was a Jew, and the Jew never lived in Africa, America, or Australia but in the Roman empire which was considered to be the” world”

‘The world’ therefore was wherever there was an Israelite, and the Levitical priesthood which stood for Judaism. Please see also 1 Thes 1:8.

And so we read about the Jews, in relation to Math 24: 14,”–yet faith comes from listening to this Good News–the Good News about Christ. But what about the Jews? Have they heard Gods word? Yes, for it has gone wherever they are: The Good News has been told to the ends of the earth. Rom 10:17-18 tlb.

And this letter was written in AD 56-58. Some 12 years before the fall of Jerusalem..

Therefore Paul confirmed the fact that the Gospel got to all the earth before the final judgment came to Israel in AD 70. Are you following this? In fact, for the scripture to state that the goddess Diana was worshipped in Asia and THE WORLD (Acts 19:27) it is a clear indication that the world as used here speaks of the Graeco Roman Empire. For the goddess Diana was not worshipped herein Africa where am writing from.

In summary: The world that is ending is the systems of man, religious and political institutions that are not ordained and supported by the spirit and agenda of God, but the planet Earth that is serving the purposes of God remains.

So the “one world Government” that will give you “vaccine chips”, thereby manifesting the “Antichrist” and “the mark of the Beast”, It’s all Hoax, peddled by religious ignorance and political machinations from scriptural point of view.

Calm your nerves. You are in good hands with Jesus in your ‘Boat’.

Isa 45:17 But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

 Eph 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

The scriptures above tell us something profound as to what should guide our eschatological beliefs with regards current happenings and so take away fears from our lives .

So many of us are not getting our scriptures right because of our belief systems. Pandemic is not a sign of the end of the world neither the CoviD-19 plus G5 a prelude to the coming into effect A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. We have had pandemic all through the years.

And the major causes of these predictions are actually coming from some of our brethren who feel that they have prophetic callings or because they have become a voice within the Body of Christ by reason of the size of their congregations, and so will muddle up scriptures that are already fulfilled eschatologically to buttress what they are saying as end time prophecies.

Before going into that, in this series of post I want to start with a catalogue of failed prophecies of the end of the world and the above scriptures are the reasons they have always field.

Primarily because, God’s agenda is different from what we are propagating as ministers of the Gospel. God’s ultimate goal is.

Rev.11:. 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever…. 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth”

He wants to rule the world through his kingdom, hence the prayer” Our father which art in Heaven..THY KINGDOM COME THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS HEAVEN.. (Math.6:9-10) ..Not come take us away…

Let’s take a look at:

HISTORY OF LAST DAY’S FAILED PREDICTIONS.

The year 1,000 AD was phenomenon in history, as thousands had expected the return of Christ in January AD 1,000, because  by Dec AD 999, everyone was on the best behavior, worldly goods were sold or given out to the poor , people headed to Jerusalem .Buildings were not repaired , criminals were set free from jail, men set up a one week trek to Jerusalem. AD 1,000 came and nothing happened.

The year 1033AD was cited as the end of the world as that would be 1,000 AD years from the death of Christ and so there was a massive pilgrimage to Jerusalem. Nothing happened.

Benedictus  Areitus of BAERNE 1505-1547 calculated that 1260 AD years added to the year Constantine made Christianity the official religion. 312 +1260=1572 and that would be the year of Christ second coming . It never happened.

In 1650, the fifth monarchy men looked for Jesus to establish a theocracy. They took up arms and tried to seize England by force , but pthe movement died when the British monarchy was restored in 1660.

Christopher Columbus predicted that the end of the world would be 1656. It never happened.

In 1809, Mary Bateman who specialized in fortune telling ,had a magic chicken that laid eggs with end-time messages on them, with one message saying Christ’s second coming was imminent. The trick was discovered when she was caught forcing a marked egg into the chicken oviduct . Mary was later hanged for poisoning a wealthy client.

In 1814, spiritualist Joanna Southcott claimed that she would give birth to the second Jesus, thereby getting a crowd of people around when her stomach began to swell. At the time of her delivery she died only for autopsy to reveal that it was a false pregnancy.

John Wesley wrote that the Rev 12.14, “the times and half a time”were 1058-1836 when Christ should come .

Johann Albert Bengel 1687-1752 declared that the millennium would begin in 1836. He came up with date by the formula giving a total of 2520 days. Which was further interpreted to divide 666 by 42 months.

William Miller founded an end time’s movement that took on his name Millerism.

 He determined that the second coming would be between 1843-1844. When by march 21 1844, Miller’s one year time table ran out, some of his followers set another date of October 22, 1844.This too failed collapsing the movement.

Charles Taze Russell proclaimed an invisible return of Christ in 1874. This was the original position of the watcher and tract society.

Russell after being exposed to the teachings of William Miller founded his own organization, the “Jehovah Witnesses”. And predicted the rapture in 1910 followed by the end of the world in 1914..From the [prophecy in Daniel 4 that referred to seven times, they interpreted each times to be equal to a lunar year of 360 days giving a total of 2520days.Measured from the starting date of 607 BC, setting 1914 as the target date for Armageddon. But when nothing happened, it was later interpreted to be the invisible return of Christ and a defeat of Satan by Michael in the heavenly realms.

David Davidson wrote a book entitled “The Great Pyramid, its divine message” .In it, he predicted that the world would end in Aug.1953, evidently influenced by the writings of Piazzi Smyth , a past astronomer royal of Scotland, who wrote a book in 1860, “Our inheritance in the great pyramid” that  responsible for the spread of pyramidology around the worlds. Which postulate that secrets are hidden in the dimensions of the pyramids .So Smyth concluded from the research that the millennium would start before the end of 1960. Nothing happened.

Tim LaHaye, wrote in 1972 . There is no question that we are living in the last days, we are the generation that will be on the earth when the Lord will come. The Lord never came.

In 1967, the watchtower society predicted that 1975 is the likely date for the end of the world, since it was computed that, that will be the 6000th anniversary of the creation from Adam in the Garden in 1421 BC.

Hal Lindsay in 1980 declared that 1980s could be the very last decade of history as we know it . The 1980s countdown to Armageddon. He even alluded to the gulf war to be the end of human history same in the 80s.. Nothing happened, the world is still here.

Again, in 1984, the Jehovah witnesses predicted the end of the world in 1984.So their predictions started with 1974,1978,1881,1910,1914,1918,1925,1975,1984.

In Bill, Maupin of Tucson Arizona predicted that the rapture will take place in May 14 1988. We are still here.

A lot of prophecy writers have postulated that the rapture will take place in 1993 because year 2,000 was the end of 6,000 year circle, and the beginning of the millennium, then you would have to have seven years of tribulation preceding it. Nothing happened.

The watchtower and tracts society again, interpreted Ps 90:10 as the length of a generation to be 80 years, and since 1914 +80 equals 1994, they predicted Armageddon would occur around that year. No Armageddon

But in 1995 again they said, Armageddon is not coming, and that Armageddon has been delayed so the end of the world was no longer near. You will like that !

The year 2,000 was most significant for so many people, for in their reasoning and calculation, when you divide 2,000 by 3, you get the devils no 666.666666  ad infinitum. Therefore it was supposed to be a critical year. Nothing happened.

And so people like Grant Jeffrey, predicted that AD 2,000 is a probable termination date for the last day. The end of the world. Nothing happened.

Lester Summeral, in his Book, I predict AD 2000 the absolute fullness of man’s operation on planet earth “BY THE YEAR 2000 AD”.Then Jesus Christ shall reign from Jerusalem for 1,000 years .Nothing happened.

Same with Hal Lindsey that the year 2000 is the year for the Rapture. Sorry no rapture.

David Wilkerson said the world is ending in 2009. We are still waiting for 2009 to come maybe.

Harold Camping, said May 21st was the date for the second coming, later he moved the date to 21st of Oct .2009. The lord never came.

John Haggee, said, four blood moons will appearance in the sky between April 2014 and September 28, 2015 , And that will be the signal to the end of the age when God comes back to planet earth.

This is 2020, I don’t know if he has shifted his goal post also.

Isaac Newton the scientist

Newton, writing under the alias ‘Jehovah Sanctus Unus’ predicted the world would “reset” at 2060 at which point the Earth will once again become “the Kingdom of God”

 Maybe his own will work since we are just in 2020..

But, what really is God’s Testimony concerning the Earth?

Ecl. 1:4 One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever..

AMP Eccl 1:4 One generation goes and another generation comes, but the earth remains forever. [Ps 119:90.]

Ps.119: 90 Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.  91 They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants.

Will man ever learn, that “… it is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power” ..(Acts.1:7) .If only these can help us in our eschatology narratives.

MARK OF THE BEAST 666

Rev.13: 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

LOOKING BEYOND THE POPE.

“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a BEAST rise up out of the SEA, having SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS, and upon his horns TEN CROWNS and upon his heads the names of blasphemy” Rev. 13:1.

The issue of not buying and selling with the mark of the beast doesn’t end with the Pope and his alliance with the Roman Empire.Men n trying to find the beast have set up more confusion e.g. Sir Isaac Newton says the Greek church is the Beast, Gallway says it is the French republic, Fysh said it’s the Jesuits, Muterius thinks it refers it to be the Roman theologians, Stuart says it is the heathen Priesthood, whereas Hendstenberg says is earthy, carnal wisdom, including the heathen philosophers, false doctrines”.

 For me, Hengstenberg is nearer the truth than them all. Otherwise what else can best describe the beast whose identity is completely that of the Satan.

Now observe this, the beast is described as having, SEVEN HEADS, TEN HORNS and SEVEN CROWNS upon his heads”. Rev. 12:3.

It simply means, this beast receives the completeness of his power from Satan “and the dragon gave him his power.” Rev. 13:2.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE “SEVEN HEADS” “TEN HORNS” and “TEN CROWNS”

We know that “HEAD “and “HORNs”speaks of AUTHORITY and  DESTRUCTIVE POWER, CROWNS as badges of royal dominion. So SEVEN and TEN being Biblical symbols of completeness, means there is the complete destructive power of Satan that he exerts over the nations and tongues through men.

For we know also that satan who is spirit (Jn. 12:31,),that works through people,(Eph.2:2) does not have literal heads and  horns. In Rev. 17:3 we find “…a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns And here is the mind which hath wisdom. THE SEVEN HEADS ARE SEVEN MOUNTAINS on which the woman sitteth and the TEN HORNS which thou sawest are TEN KINGS” Rev. 17:3, 8-12.Periods!

And the entire context of Rev. 17 is rooted in Dan. 7; and there we have four successive political kingdoms. So to say here that the “seven heads” means “seven kings” Rev. 17:9-10, that will mean “seven kingdoms”. And of course, we know that at the time of John’s writing, Rome was then the embodiment of a persecuting world government with seven hills, and for the woman (a church) to sit upon the beast with “seven heads” which are “seven mountains” will mean the Papal authority (the church) over Rome.

 But what we see in Rev. 13:1 goes beyond merely looking at Rome and the Papal authority. For this beast has power over all nations, tribes and tongues (Rev. 13:7-8 compare 16:13-14, 17:1-3, 15).

And we that the first of these beast of Rev. 1, combines in itself the joint characteristics of the four beast of Daniel’s vision, meaning this first beast stands for the combined forces of all political rule opposed to God in the world.

And since this beast is a composite beast, it is therefore the summation  and embodiment of the whole world power or political dominion from the beginning as it reveals itself in the final outcome, hence his influence over all nations.

And so the seven heads equal as, five world political powers of; Egypt, Assyrian, Babylon, Medo-persia, and Greece, plus the Rome, the sixth Rome that was in power in the days of John.

 This is the meaning of “there are seven kings, five are fallen (starting with Egypt down to Greece) and one is (which was Rome then) and the other is not yet” Rev. 17:10. Which was the Vatican city of Papal authority of ecclesiastical power.  Then it has not yet appeared when John recorded the revelation. And when it finally came up, she gave birth to many daughters – “mothers of Harlots.” Rev 17:5.

Now, the ‘eight king’ which is the “SCARLET – COLOURED BEAST” is a product or a power that emerges out of the previous seven – a composite of all persecuting governments, Rev. 17:3, 11.

 And for the woman to be riding upon the scarlet coloured beast, means the union of the “state” – (political power) and the “false church” system.

The scarlet coloured nature of the beast speaks of the sinful – Adam – nature of the power behind the false church, as found in Isa.1:18.

Therefore “the Beast” is not just one particular person nor the government of Rome, neither is the woman just the Roman catholic church alone, but rather all governments and systems of religious power that Satan-in-man have used, is using and will use to persecute God’s people.

THE IMAGE OF THE BEAST, REV. 13:15 “And he had power to give life unto THE IMAGE OF THE BEAST, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”

Now we see that the beast that give life unto the image of the beast “is the Lamb beast” from the earth (v. 11)

 And this we know to be the false ministry whose means of securing power for the first beast is through the spirit of religious deception – false prophets “…unclean spirits …out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet; (Rev.16:13,19:20)

So, just as Satan is “the deceiver of the world” – (Rev 12:9) so also “the false prophet” – which is a body of people, is the – “deceiver of the inhabitants of the earth.” – the unspiritually minded people (Rev.13:13-15).

On the historical level, in the days of John’s writing there was Emperor Worship and Roman coins generally bore the image and name of the current Emperor. Refusal to use such coins severely hinders one’s ability to buy or sell (Rev13:17) in Asia Minor and these Emperors were often pictured as gods on Coins. Therefore the Zealots, who rebelled against Rome in AD 66 -70 refused to carry, look at, or even produce coins carrying any sort of image, and this belief and practice was strictly based on the interpretation of Exo. 20:4.They considered the images and inscriptions of Roman coins as idolatrous, which practice, if accepted, will attract a divine judgment .This again was, where not taking the mark will prevent you from buying or selling. ‘

So for us today do have a single individual or power with a single currency with which we trade all over the world? Can that be possible? ECOWAS nations have been struggling to have the ECO currency till date, it hasn’t worked.

Where we cannot find that it means we truly can’t be afraid of any mark that we prevent you fromn buying or selling.  But don’t forget this, all such Associations as ‘Traders Association’;, ‘garri sellers association’, ‘motor park unions’ etc that fixed prices for others to buy or pay, are inadvertently enforcing the mark of the beast. The buyers have no freedom of choice to buy or pay. So mark has been with us all along.

Now, after we have been told of the beast receiving power from the ‘dragon’ – the devil (Rev 13:2, 12:9.) Verse 3 now says “I saw that one of his heads seemed wounded beyond recovery – but the fatal wound has healed! All the world marvelled at this miracle and followed the creature in awe” TLB.

People have believed this to be a recovery of the Roman Empire after a temporary setback because of the schisms among its emperors.

 But what really wounded this head? In verse 14 we are told, is the “SWORD”.

 And of course we do know that the SWORD is the WORD of God.(Rev.2:16, Eph.6:17, Heb.4:12).

So you see, there is a serious war going on between darkness and light, the true Gospel of Christ and the false gospel of satan with its wrong doctrines in the earth to day.

 Historically speaking, when was this confederated political and ecclesiastical power of Rome wounded? It was when Martin Lurther (1483-1546) came up with the revelation truth of “the just shall live by faith”

 Producing an era of spiritual enlightenment and reformation, when in October 13, 1517 he nailed his 95 theses on the Church Door at wittenburg, as a challenge to debate the abuse of indulgences-Pope Leo x could not stop him.

Record has it that Lurther in his second day in the Diet of worms. 18th April 1521 made the greatest speech that shook the world. The ending of which in his reply speech reads “Unless I am convinced by the testimonies of the scriptures or by clear argument that I am in error – for popes and, councils have often erred and contradicted themselves – I cannot withdraw, for I am subject to the scriptures. I have quoted, my conscience is captive to the word of God. It is unsafe and dangerous. Here I stand; I cannot do otherwise so help me God. “

And with that revelation from God through Lurther declared before the universe, came forth a powerful spiritual liberation in all realms in the lives of people all over the world e.g. the advancement of natural sciences; Germany now came into limelight of civilization. Count Zinzendorf who lived between 1700 and 1760 followed suit with his powerful spiritual revolution of the world, with the Moravian missionary church establishing 100 years of continuous prayer meeting.

But what followed at the heel of this move of God? The Godless Hegel’s and Kante – the seed of the serpent, came up with their human philosophy (see CoI. 2:8). Once again the beast’s head (the ecclesiastical power of Rome) that was wounded was healed. Germany became 90%  atheists and agnostics, then came in the blood thirsty antichrist Hitler with a move-to stamp out the Jews and all forms of godliness. Russia took off with communism, Karl Max, a friend to Hegel, was a German Jew who backslidden from faith.

So what kills the beast and its mark (authority) , it is the revelation of spiritual truth in an age, a continent, a city or a local assembly from where it spreads out. Only for the false ministries of the devil to come and stand against it through their false doctrines, then the power of the Beast is revived again..

So we have this vicious cycle of wounding and healing of the Beast which is the life of Satan in man until the final end. For God in his people shall prevail, Acts 19:20, Ps. 60:12 Amen.

666: THE BEAST AS MAN WITHOUT CHRIST

The number 6 is the number of the world-man; for man was created on the 6th Day of the creation week.4 is the number of the universe, 7 is perfection or completeness which is the number of God, “8”is the Number of Jesus (888) which speaks of new beginning, and “9” is the number of the Holy Spirit.

The number ‘6’  in 6-6-6 , occurs in units, tens, and hundreds. It is next neighbuor to the sacred “7”. Meaning “6” falls short of perfection. Just as the numerical number of Jesus in the Greek language is”888” telling us of that which exceeds perfection and starting all over.

Man which is “666”is continually falling short of perfection. Meaning that all that is in man apart from God and Christ will fail.Therfore, there is nothing that man will ever set forth to achieve that he will succeed in.

I mentioned that man is given over to judgment; hence there is a pause between the sixth and seventh seals in the Book of Revelation, and the sixth and seventh trumpets. The judgments on the world are complete in six; by the fulfillment of seven, the kingdoms of the world become Christ’s. Rev.11: 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

 The tower of Babel fell, so shall every system of man will ever fail. Call it G5 or whatever. Anything done that it’s not for the advancement of the Kingdom of God on the earth it will come to nothing.

THE NUMBER 666

Now, let us see how this 666 is manifested by man

“Mrk.3: 28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:

 29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

 30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.”

All because he healed a demonized man, by casting out a devil.

So why is the number in triple 666? Because this is the number of times man has rebelled, sinned against the revelation of the three personalities of the Godhead, in His work of Redemption. When God revealed himself as Yahweh,(Father) man says, He is a “God of the Jews” then He came to man again as ‘Jesus’,((Son of God) man says He is “Jesus of Nazareth”, and He is here as the “Holy Spirit” man is now saying, ‘there is nothing like the power of the Holy Spirit’.

Now without the Holy Spirit you can’t get back to God.

So we have the sin against the father (6), against the son (6) and against the Holy Spirit, “6-6-6”. That speaks of the number of times the natural man have sinned against the Godhead (Matt. 12:31-32), That is, rejected God in extending His hand of love to Redeem the falling man.  Knowing it that “…a man (natural man) hath no preeminence above a beast; for ALL is VANITY” Eccl. 3:19.

So how do you take the mark upon your RIGHT hand? Hand speaks of Power in the Bible, hence Jesus is sitting at the RIGHT hand of God (place of power and Authority) Therefore every false ministry performing false miracles is already having the mark of the Beast. For “they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover”. And so whoever is also under such ministries in obedience, have also taken the mark.

 To take it upon your FOREHEAD is to operate in earthly wisdom, as the forehead speaks of wisdom.

James.3: 14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

This is why you see the crown of thorns on the head of Christ, so that by his stripes you get your healing, and by the thorns you have your mind healed, so you that Christ become your wisdom. 1 Cor.2:30.in all you do.

Now, you read of the Redeemed of the Lord the 144,000 in Mounth Zion       .. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins.. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb) , ie. They are not corrupted, by the church system of men. But having the name of the father written on their FOREHEAD. (Rev.14:1, 4. Jm.1:18).

Therefore in Rev 13, you find the beast systems and the Beastly natural man, and you just move over to Rev 14. You find the overcomers of the Beastly system, the Redeemed of the lord with Godly wisdom and the Character of God, for name means a nature and character. Now they have taken on the nature and character of God in Christ. For Mout Zion is the Church.Heb.12:22.

Summarily , anything done outside of Christ is the mark of the Beast. The beast is not far to be found, it’s between your two eyes.

Now you talk about G5, it’s not too big an issue, we have used G1,2,3,4 , if G5 is a mark of the Beast, then we all already had it in a  lower level . The 5G is meant to increase the speed from G4 to G5, but the fear is that it might have higher radioactive negative effect that might harm humans. But according to Marvin C, Ziskin , Professor Emeritus of Radiology and Medical Physics, there is no basis to expect that 5G would cause adverse health issues provided exposure limits are respected.

Some group of scientist have come together to fight that it must not be launched until a solution is found against its effect. . Vaccines with chips in it? Again we must get out of fear. None of these things can work except with the collaboration of the church and some political powers.

And none of that is a mark of the Beast either.

666 – MARK OF THE BEAST

This is going to be a two part series because of the nature of the subject so we can get clarity. For we shall be looking at the beast, mark and number 666 from a very broad perspective.

Rev.13: 11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Such a scary number that is most preached about, when men are to scare others into submission to their religious faith.

Men have said it’s the computer bar codes on products, others an individual that shall rise up on the face of the Earth, microchips in human bodies, like the current Bill Gate vaccines, and yet others, maybe the Idi Amin Dada of Uganda, Henry Kissinger, Hitler, Saddam Hussein when they were alive,  Barack Obama etc. etc, then, manifesting as the Anti-Christ. But just what is this Number 666?

Let me quickly say this, if this Number 666, is that of the beast, the antichrist, then the first person to have revealed the Antichrist is king Solomon. You want to know why? Look at it.

1 Kgs. 10: 14 Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold,  666” You see it?

Could it have being that king Solomon was the dreaded Antichrist we are looking for?  So there must be something beyond what we see in the scriptures.

Anyway, let us start with this scripture.-666.

Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast. Rev. 13:17 speaks of the name of the beast. It has, then, a name. It also speaks of the number of its name. Its name, then, is some number.

(Rev. 13:17) is the number of a man, and that number is six hundred and sixty-six.

It is, plain that the number six hundred and sixty-six is the number of the name of the beast, and this is the man’s name. Six hundred sixty-six is English.

John did not write in English, hence those words in English will not give the word we seek. “666” are the Arab characters for the numbers, and Roman Numerals.

Look at this;–

Diocles Augustus (Dioclesian) =  …….  DCLXVI. (666)

C. F. Julianus Ceasar Atheus (the Apostate) = ….. DCLXVI. (666)

Luther — HEB? = 200+400+30+6+30 = …  666

lpostathv (the Apostate) = 1+80+70+6+1+300+8+200 = .. 666.

 HEB (Roman, sc. Sedes) = 200+6+40+10+10+400..  666.

 HEB (Romanus, sc. Man) = 200+40+70+50+6+300 = ..  666.

Neron Caesar = 50+200+6+50, and 100+60+200 = …..  666.

If the number means the Anth-christ, so how many Anti-christs do we have here right now? Because more than one person has their name’s numbered up to 666.You see what I mean?

Again in the NT in Acts 19: 25 we are told

“Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth “

The Greek word for wealth here is “EUPHRIA” from which when translated totals 666.  Just like Solomon’s wealth was 666.

Note again, that out of all the 2,000 Greek Nouns of the NT, there is only one word that has this numerical value, 666, the word is PARADOSIS translated as TRADITION.

“Why do thy disciples transgress the TRADITION of the eiders…” Matt. 15:2.That is 666.

 So we see that wealth and tradition equals 666.Anti-christ?

And of course we do know that wealth and tradition were the two great ‘corrupters of the Roman Church, which have also crept into the Pentecostal Churches today and now in the Apostolic movement if you will.

 Now, while wealth corrupts in practice and honesty, tradition corrupts in doctrine.

So you see, there is a lot more in the language of the Bible to the application of the number 666 than just a man’s name.

It is completely figurative and speaks more to carnal man as opposed to the spiritual man in Christ.

THE BEAST AS POLITICAL GOVERNMENTS OR A GROUP OF PEOPLE.

The application of the word “BEAST” to political government is clearly seen in the book of Daniel.

Dan.7: 1  In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.

 2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

 3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

 4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it.

 5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.

 6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

Now see the meaning. “THESE GREAT BEASTS, WHICH ARE FOUR, ARE FOUR KINGS, WHICH SHALL ARISE OUT OF THE EARTH” (amongst mankind) Dan 7:17. And these four beasts are the four successive political world powers of Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome.

Evidently, however a careful comparison of the image of Daniel’ chapter 2 and that of chapter 7 shows that they are the same except that they are only represented in chapter 7 in their beastly characteristics. So you have the head of Gold – LION Babylon (Ezk. 17:3, 7, 12, 15) describing the greedy and predatory power of the king of Babylon. (2) Silver – a BEAR – Medo-Persia (A less majestic and more ponderous creature than the Lion). (3) Brass – LEOPARD – Greece. (4) Iron-dreadful, terrible-diverse beast – Rome.

From the above we can see that the use of the word BEAST which in Hebrew means – alive, hence raw (flesh) strong, company, congregation, life, multitude, troop etc and in Greek, a dangerous animal (venomous wild beast), destruction etc, speaks of a fierce, destructive, strong political or religious power that is resisting the course of Christ in the world.

In  1 Cor. 15: 32, Paul said, “ If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not?

This I believe to mean a group of people revealing their Antichrist qualities against the Gospel.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE “SEVEN HEADS” “TEN HORNS” and “TEN CROWNS”

Rev.13:1 ¶ And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

 3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Throughout the Bible “HEAD “is a symbol of AUTHORITY, whereas “HORN” is used as suggestive of a DESTRUCTIVE POWER and CROWNS are the badges of royal dominion. And again, SEVEN and TEN are commonly acknowledged as Biblical symbols of completeness. Meaning that the whole picture speaks of the complete destructive power of Satan that he exerts over the nations and tongues through men.

THE NUMBER OF HIS NAME: 666-REV.13:17-18

Rev.13: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (KJV)

For us to understand the “NUMBER of the NAME” of the “Beast” we have to understand the biblical application of numbers.

The Hebrews for instance used the arithmetical and the various Mathematical computations as addition, subtraction, multiplication etc. in doing transactions, wherein the numbers are spelt out. The Jews started using some extent, the alphabetical letters as symbols of numerical figures, sometime after the exile to Babylon, but it is a fact that this usage does not appear even in post-exile Hebrew Bible manuscripts.

In Hebrew, numbers above ten are a combination of words e.g. twelve (two and ten-Gen.l4:4) 20 is a plural of ten while 30  is a plural of words derived from three etc.

On the other hand, in the NT Greek scriptures, numerals are generally expressed in words.

The number of the beast in question is in words in the Sinatic and Alexandrine manuscript, but in John’s original manuscripts of the book of Rev. it may have been expressed by three Greek letters Khi (x = Six hundred) xi (Sixty) and Digamma (S=Six). “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred three score and six” Rev. 13:18.

Since the bible is a book of both history and prophecy, it becomes necessary to understand that numbers given therein may either be literal or symbolic. The context is what usually reveals in which sense a number is used. Again, some numbers often appear in the bible in an illustrative, figurative or symbolic sense than others, therefore an understanding of this significance is vital to an understanding of the context.

Most people have believed the Beast to be Caesar Nero of (AD 54-68), the sixth king from Julius (49-44BC), while others said it is Galba (the “seventh king”) after Nero’s death, as his name added up 666, who was replaced by Otho after only a very little while. And that everything got fulfilled in AD70.

Irenaeus, himself said the word is lateinov, the letters of which have the following numerical values: l 30, a 1, t 300, e 5, i 10, n 50, o 70, v 200; and if these be added together, the sum will be found to be equivalent to the number of the beast  666.Speaking of the Latin empire.

So we can see that this beast is the Latin kingdom or empire; therefore, if this observation be correct, the Greek words signifying the Latin kingdom must have this number. The most concise method of expressing this among the Greeks was as follows, ‘h latinh basileia, and that is the way it is numbered:-666.

No other kingdom on earth can be found to contain 666. This is then h sofia, the wisdom or demonstration.

 A beast is the symbol of a kingdom; THE beast, was the LATIN kingdom; and ‘h latinh basileia, being shown to contain, exclusively, the number 666.

But, It is said that the number of the beast is the number of a man;  consequently the numbered beast must be A MAN, that is, it must be represented elsewhere in the Revelation under this sign, for in no other sense can an empire be denominated a man. This therefore, it is not the ten-horned beast, rather the two-horned beast, or Romish hierarchy; which, on account of its preaching to the world its most antichristian system of doctrines, and calling it Christianity, This is why we read of the beast that had two horns Which speaks of religious and political power.

Rev.13: 11  And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.(The Roman Empired)

Buying and selling

Therefore the meaning of the whole passage is that,  those whom the false prophet does not excommunicate, or put out of the confines of his Church, have the mark of the beast, that is, were loyalist of the Pope system, or such that were actively or passively obedient to his Latin idolatry. Those also escape his ecclesiastical power of expulsion that had the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

To have the name of the beast is evidently meant then, that such a person was being a Latin, i.e., in subjection to the Latin empire, and, consequently an individual of the Latin world; therefore those that have the name of the beast, were in subjection to the Latin empire, secular or spiritual.

Or the name of the beast”

 That is, the “mark” referred to was either the name of the beast, or the number of his name. The meaning is, that he had something branded on him that showed that he belonged to the beast–as a slave had the name of his master; in other words, there was something that certainly showed that he was subject to the authority of the Pope then.

There have been numerous specified acts more particularly designed to control the business of “buying and selling” then. It was common in Rome to prohibit, by express law, all traffic with who were seen as rebels against the authority or Rome.

Thus a canon of the Lateran council, under Pope Alexander III., commanded that no man should entertain or cherish them in his house or land, or traffic with them.–Hard, vi. it. 1684.

The synod of Tours, under the same Pope Alexander, passed the law that no man should presume to receive or assist the heretics, no, not so much as to exercise commerce with them in selling or buying. And so, too, the Constance council, as expressed in Pope Martin’s bull.–Elliott, iii. 220, 221.

Bishop Newton, in his work rightly said , “dissent from the stated and authorized forms; they are condemned and excommunicated as heretics; and in consequence of that they are no longer suffered to buy or sell; they are interdicted from traffic and commerce, and all the benefits of civil society.

So Roger Hoveden relates of William the Conqueror, that he was so dutiful to the pope that he would not permit any one in his power to buy or sell anything whom he found disobedient to the apostolic.

Same with the canon of the council of Lateran, under Pope Alexander III., made it worst against the Waldenses and Albigenses, to suffer the pain of anathema,(one that is cursed by ecclesiastical authority) such that no man should have anything to do with them in  his house or land, or exercise traffic with them.

Same goes for The synod of Tours, in France, under the same Pope, that no one should as much as hold any communion with them, not so, in selling or buying; that, being deprived of the comfort of humanity they may be compelled to repent of the error of their way,.”

In the tenth and eleventh centuries the severity against the excommunicated was carried to so high a pitch, that nobody might come near them, not even their own wives, children, or servants; they forfeited all their natural legal rights and privileges, and were excluded from all kinds of offices.

The form of excommunication in the Romish Church is to take lighted torches, throw them upon the ground with curses and anathemas, and trample them out under foot to the ringing of the bells.

It is in this and similar ways that the false prophet terrified the Latin world, and kept it in subjection to the secular and spiritual powers.

The Hebrew letters of Balaam amount to 666; a type of the false prophet, whose characteristic, like Balaam’s, will be high spiritual knowledge perverted to Satanic ends.

 The number 6 is the world number; in 666 it occurs in units, tens, and hundreds. It is next neighbuor to the sacred 7, but is it is separated from number 7 by an impassable gulf.

It is the number of the world , as the world was created on the 6th day of the creation week, but given over to judgment; hence there is a pause between the sixth and seventh seals in the Book of Revelation, and the sixth and seventh trumpets.

The judgments on the world are complete in six; by the fulfillment of seven, the kingdoms of the world become Christ’s.

 As 12 is the number of the Church,(the kingdom of God )  so 6, its half, symbolizes the world kingdom broken. The raising of the six to tens and hundreds (higher powers) 666, indicates that the beast, notwithstanding his progression to higher powers, can only rise to greater ripeness for judgment.

Thus 666, the judged world power, contrasts with the 144,000 sealed and transfigured ones (the Church number, 12, squared and multiplied by 1,000, the number symbolizing the world diffused in every way by God; as  10, is  the world number, raised to the power of three the number of God).

So, essentially this wasn’t talking about our days, though we shall do the application as it affects us today in the second session.

Therefore, it wasn’t just a prophecy to be fulfilled now but has been fulfilled.

Besides, the book wasn’t necessarily dealing with the unbelievers but yours sincerely, a religious organization and systems that will want to subject you unto themselves. Don’t be afraid of the man in the street; be afraid of the religious institutions that can arrogate power and the authority of Christ to themselves to rule you instead of building you up.

 In subjection to that which is not of Christ authority, you are also taking the mark of the beast or its name. More on this in the nest session.

But in the light of the fact that the message of Revelation is of and from Him “…which is, and which was and which is to come… “Rev. 1:4, the historical evidence alone cannot suffice, for it is a book of continuous fulfillment in all ages and ages to come. We shall be dealing more with its present day application in the nest session.

WHO IS THE ANTICHRIST?

How can we identify him from the scriptures? Are we to expect an individual as the Antichrist, a group of people, nations, organizations or the spirit of evil that works in the lives of people?

DEFINITION: The word ‘ANTICHRIST’ is from ‘Anti’ and ‘Kristo’

ANTI means opposite, i.e. instead or because of, for, in the room of, often used in composition to denote contrast, substitution.

CHRISTO means anointed, i.e. the messiah, an epithet of Jesus Christ. Therefore the word ‘Antichrist’ means an opponent of the Messiah. In other words, anything that stands to oppose or usurp the Spirit and position of God is Antichrist, whether in us or in and through the world.

Mark that, so that you don’t start looking for him outside of you always.

There are relevant materials that identified the Antichrist in OT but not in full.

Referring to people and nation’s that passes as Antichrist which are both individuals and nations, that are commonly referred to as “Sons of BELIAL” which is a proper name connected with the power of EVIL. Ps 18:4, 2 Cor. 6:15.

(a). INDIVIDUALS:- The spirit of the “Sons of Belial” manifest in several ways like; Idolatry (Dt. 13:13) sodomy and Rape (Judges 19:22, 20:13) Drunkenness (1 Sam 10:27, 2 Chron. 13:7). Lack of hospitality (1 Sam 25:17,25. These are some of the characteristics (evils) of those who stands to revolt (Anti) against God (2 Chron. 13:7)

(b). THE SPIRIT IN NATIONS:- This same Belial spirit -work in Nations that opposes the righteous Kingdom of God (Ps 2) The satire of Isa, 14 against the king of Babylon and the dirge of Ezk.28 against the king of Tyre, though commonly applied in Christian tradition as the fall of Lucifer, is really an adubration – (indicate vaguely, for shadow) a coming event) that foretells that which will befall the evil satanic nature of any that stands against God’s righteousness. These two accounts describe the destruction that awaits Nations taking authority in their hands.

This fruitless struggle for nations to frustrate God’s divine purpose for his people is clearly evident also in the destruction of the King of Gog, Ezk. 39:1-20, Rev. 20:7-10, who stood to oppose the nation of Israel, God’s own people.

HISTORICAL AND THEOLOGICAL TRENDS.

Much effort has been made in the past to identify the Antichrist, with an individual e.g. the little horn of Dan. 11, was to be Antichus IV Epiphanes (175-163BC) who they taught fulfills such scriptures as Mt.24:15, Rev. 13:14-15, Dan 11:36-39, 2 Thes 2:3-4. And that his death was fulfilled in Dan 11:45, 2 Thes 2:8, Rev. 19:20 death.

They went further to include the supplanting of Antichus IV by Pompey. Later the same early fathers (CHRYSOSTOM) try to pin it down to Nero, as the political head of Rome, whom they suggested will resurrect to continue his terrible reign But the Reformers like Gregory 1 (Ad 600), Joachin of Floris (AD 1190). Wycliff (AD. 1360), Lurther, Calvin equated Antichrist with the Papacy by teaching that whatsoever assumed the title of “Universal Priest” was the Antichrist’s forerunner.

The scholars of Rome on the other hand in retaliation branded these reformers as the Antichrist in their teachings.

Then again, the Futurist theologians like Zahn, Seiss, Scofield who believe that the Antichrist will usher in a period of great tribulation at the close of human history in connection with mighty empires like a revived Rome, that will dominate politics, Religion and commerce until the Christ second advent.

This belief has lend credence to the identification of the “G 7” the “EEC” the “one world government”  the “UNN” etc as the emergence of the Antichrist and now the “G5 data technology” by Bill Gate . But what the futurist failed to realize even till date is that the feet of the image of Daniel” of clay and iron could not hold and stand together. Dan 2:33, 41-43.

They failed to see that this period is also when the kingdom of God (stone without hands) shall be set up which cannot be moved. Dan 2:34, 44. Rev 11:15, 18.

So prophetically speaking, there can never be one Nation (Government) that will rule the world except the only righteous Nation (Kingdom) of God, the Church. The very stone without hands that grew and filled the EARTH, Not just some corner of the globe.

The lord has told us prophetically in his word that all nations (evil imaginations) that will stand against him – Ps 2:1-3, Rev 19:19, them he will laugh at and brought to nothing

Ps. 2: 1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,

3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

Where  is Russian today ? Where is the Ballen wall , is it still standing?

Therefore, it is unbiblical to pin down the Antichrist to one man (person), Nation, Political or economic set up.

God sees the nations not as man sees them, but as wild rapacious beasts devouring one another (see Dan. 7) but man sees the kingdoms in a glory glamour manner, as was given to Nebuchadnezar in the dream.

The metallic image of Dan 2 represents four major world-wide kingdoms. History proves this. The first metal (gold) nation is Babylon. The second (silver) is Media Persia. The brass kingdom represents Greece and the iron represents the Roman Empire.  We are now in the deteriorated, clay and iron, entering into the miry clay, foul smelling, polluted atmosphere kingdoms of the feet, just short of the toes if you will, running side by side with the kingdom of God as it grows and increases on a daily basis.

And just as the metals of the image depreciated and their value goes down, from Gold to brass and clay, so likewise do the kingdoms glory, and same will the leadership powers of the world depreciate in our days.

From the fall of the image by the smiting stone, knocking all nations and the feet-clay-slime nations out, comes forth a final kingdom that shall cover the entire world, an everlasting, unpolluted kingdom. The overcomers from out of the 7 churches, that actually becomes the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ! Compare Jer. 51, Rev. 2:26, 27 and Rev. 12:5.

It is clear, that after the crash of the nations in the corruptible and polluted atmosphere earth, there is to be an all New kingdom-Nation established that is to cover the whole earth. This new kingdom will stand forever, having accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ the Potentate King of Glory. A new heaven air will also replace the old polluted heaven. See Rev. 21:1.

The Smiting Stone is a people who have foundational salvation. A stone is a portion from bigger material such as a rock. A stone from the Chief Corner Stone, Jesus Christ.  Deut. 32:4, 13, 18, 30, 31: “He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgments: A God of truth and without iniquity.

Seemingly difficult to believe, is the fact that the 8th church, or rather the overcomers from out of the church systems, will be that great final Nation. 

So identifying the Antichrist with Antichus IV Epiphanes, Nero, the Pope , Henry Kissinger , Barak Obama and as I am writing now Bill Gate and co.. with the illuminati, then Later on the modern  technology of Computer, the ‘G7’ the one world Government,  G5 , A.I ( Artificial Intelligence) etc does not have biblical foundation because the Antichrist cannot be pinned down to one man, a Nation, Political , Religious or economic set up but it’s a spirit that can work through people or nations as the case maybe. No one individual is going to stand on the earth as the ANTI-CHRIST.

When Paul said..

2 Thes.2: 3 ¶ Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Paul wasn’t in anyway talking about an unbeliever but a believer who will fall away and stop walking in the light of the laws of Christ, but will want to assume authority within the Body of Christ, acting as the supreme God that should be worshipped. He is referring to a brother hence he sits in the Temple of God .It is simply the spirit of Apostasy that was already at work, and the presence of the Apostles and the sound doctrine was holding him back in the days of the Apostles.

As Paul would say;

Acts 20: 28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

The Spirit of Lawlessness, that is not subject to the Law of Christ, was already at work in the days of the Apostles.

This is not just a falling away but a revolt against the righteous commandment of God for desiring to become God in the Flesh.

So the Antichrist spirit is the spirit of revolt (Rebellion) against all that is of godliness. Manifested as a defection from the just and righteous cause of Christ. A life lived outside of Christ life, right in this body (Flesh).

 Why would there be a fallen away?(APOSTACY 2 THES 2:3) ? Ans 2 Pet. 2:1, 1 Jn. 2: 19b, 1 Cor. 11:19, So that the Spirit of disunion, Sect (Heresies) is to make Manifest those who do not truly have the life of Christ resident in them Titus 1: 10-16.

Therefore it helps to separate truth from Error for the World to see.

The Antichrist is a composite man, not just a single person. It is the Nature of Adam, the earthy man energized by the spirit of satan, manifested by all false ministries, Nations and individuals, Adams was the first to rebel against God, and the Natural man is his seed, opposing God.

Even if there is an agenda to destroy mankind by the Antichrist and co.. Hear this and calm your nerves..

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:.

Rev.11: 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever…

18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. (destroy the earth: or, corrupt the earth)

Because “One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.” Eccl.1:4.

So saints don’t let your heart be troubled because if the season that you are in.

The world of the Jewish rituals ended when Jesus went to the cross.

But the globe as the world is not ending. Rather it will be reformed to its original Edenic state.

So Eccl.1: 4 One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever..

It’s the systems of men that ends not the universe or globe .As it was in the days of Noah

Math. 24: 37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

The one that is taken was the one that was killed in the days of Noah by the flood as we can see in verse 39.

So Jesus used that to describe what will happen to the Jews who rejected his message by the Roman soldiers who took the city in AD 70.

If this is the Rapture that people preach , then the unbelievers will be the ones to be raptured just like

Noah was left behind.

And the saints shall finally receive the kingdom….

WHO IS THE ANTICHRIST?

How can we identify him from the scriptures? Are we to expect an individual as the Antichrist, a group of people, nations, organizations or the spirit of evil that works in the lives of people?

DEF. The word ‘ANTICHRIST’ is from ‘Anti’ and ‘Kristo’

ANTI means opposite, i.e. instead or because of, for, in the room of, often used in composition to denote contrast, substitution.

CHRISTO means anointed, i.e. the messiah, an epithet of Jesus Christ. Therefore the word ‘Antichrist’ means an opponent of the Messiah. In other words, anything that stands to oppose or usurp the Spirit and position of God is Antichrist, whether in us or in and through the world.

Mark that, so that you don’t start looking for him outside of you always.

2Ch 15:3 Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law.”

1Co 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues….

1Co 12:29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? “

James 3:1 “Do not all be teachers, my brothers, because we teachers will be judged more hardly than others.” BBE.

2 Tim.11  Where unto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.”

Judging from the above scriptures, one can infer that there is a teaching Grace more especially in the area of the setting of doctrines.

The answer to the question Paul asked is that ALL ARE NOT TEACHERS just as all are not Apostle.

Now for him to combine those three offices tells us that with prophetic (preacher) Grace he gets the mind of the God for his Body ,with the Apostolic Grace  (wisdom)  he builds the church, structuring what he has received prophetically and with the teaching Grace he breaks down what he has received divinely for all to understand.

We find the same graces  in Jonathan David’s uncle in 1 Chron .27: 32  “Also Jonathan David’s uncle was a counselor, a wise man, and a scribe:(teacher) “.

These being the three dimensional graces the father has ordained for the building up of his church the Body as stated by Jesus himself

Math 23:34: Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes:(teachers) and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:”

In all ,while everyone can present the gospel as received, core doctrinal issues ought to be in the hands of the teaching priest and this is what is missing largely within the Body Christ.

I think those who are not largely called to this Grace ends up as false teachers with adverse consequences as Peter would say.

2Pet 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction”

And because they lack this Grace, their interpretation of scripture is also way off and misleading  Like Peter will say of Paul’s letters.

2Pet 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction”

The teaching ministry as a minister needs humility so as not to err, because not all are called to it.
