THE CLOUDS WITH WATER (RAIN)
Revelation 1:7, “Behold, He cometh with the clouds and every eye shall see Him…”
Math.24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the CLOUDS OF HEAVEN with power and great glory”
This is the fulfillment of the prophecy of Dan..7: 13 “I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed”.
And these clouds of heaven are a people filled with spirit and life of God.’
For we know that “Whoso boasteth himself of a false gift is like clouds and wind without rain, (Prov.25:14).
And also the Likes of
“…Cain,.. Balaam and Core, and all false prophets and teachers are brute beasts, who are spots in your feasts of charity (Church services)… CLOUDS THEY ARE WITHOUT WATER that are carried about with tempest…” ( Jude10-13).
So these CLOUDS WITHOUT (water) RAIN is clear enough that these are a people with false ministries.
To be carried with tempest means they are easily carried about by “every wind of doctrine” compare( Eph. 4:14).
How do we then recognize these clouds without water?
Listen! “… These men blaspheme in Matters (teachings) they do not understand. They are like brute beast, creatures of instinct, (i.e. they act on instinct (impulse) instead of the Holy Ghost, leading them) born only to be caught and destroyed, and like beasts (in the way they behave) they too will perish …”
So when we read of
“Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the CLOUDS, 1 Thes 4:17.
First of all, note that the “Dead in Christ” did not rise into the air-atmosphere, but they simply rose into the place of glory behind the veil (Heb 6:17-20) wherein Christ has entered into, as a forerunner in this race, which speaks of the realm of authority and victory at the right hand of God. (Col 3:1-3, 1 Peter 3:21-22).
To rise in scripture, speaks of coming into the place of power and authority.
That’s why you read of the Beast that rose from the sea both in the Book of Daniel and Revelation.
These were kings that came to power amongst men.
The word now says, we shall be caught up, (translated) together with them (in the same position of authority, rest and power from the realm of human struggles) IN THE CLOUDS.
What clouds?
The “CLOUDS OF WITNESSES” formed from among those who are ‘asleep in Jesus” (v. 13-14), The Dead in Christ” (v. 16) and “the spirits of just men made perfect” (Heb 12:23 – 24), the heroes of faith (Heb 11).
In fact, the unity and perfect body of Christ, the church composed of all categories of Christian, both the saints of old.” Constitutes this CLOUDS – it is a people.
This is the ‘clouds’ we are caught up into. This is talking of the body of Christ, in the state of maturity.
We are talking of the people of God’s glory with whom He comes.
What am I saying?
It is that in these clouds – a people with the anointing, that the Lord shall come, even as the creation is waiting for the unveiling of the sons of God. Rom. 8:19.
This “clouds” constitutes the body with which Jesus is coming to bless mankind.
So “if the CLOUDS (God’s people) be full of RAIN (life of God) they empty themselves upon the earth (mankind)…” (Eccl 11:3 KJV).
What does that mean?
Simply that, we become a blessing to the rest of mankind who are still lost in Adam.
But you might say, but I thought they are coming to judge the earth?
Sure, that is why it’s a blessing because.
“…when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness”.(Isa.26:9)
Therefore “Ascribe ye strength unto God; His Excellency is over Israel (the Church) and His STRENGTH IS IN THE CLOUDS” (Ps. 68 :34 KJV).
Since His strength is in the clouds, it speaks of a people who are full of His life.
Revealing to us that the cloud is God’s presence and medium of expression.
It has nothing to do with the atmosphere’ above us, stop ‘gazing’ into the sky, for He can only come in like manner through the overshadowing cloud of glory.
The coming of the lord with the Clouds is a divine intervention in human history.
Just like His appearing changed BC to AD, so shall there be a dramatic change in human affairs. Just as Pentecost changed the world scenario, so shall tabernacles influence a new global experience.
You don’t need a physical Jesus to do that, but rather His abiding presence within His Body. This is what creation is waiting.
Rom.8:19-21
Listen again!
“…Christ is in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. 22 He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything. At the center of all this, Christ rules the church. 23 The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church. The church is Christ’s body, in which he speaks and acts, by which he fills everything with his presence.(Eph.1:20-23 MSG)
So friend, He is not coming from the empty space, you will wait till you get into glory, you are not going to see Him come that way from the sky.
He wants to come through you period!
For “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit”( John 12:24), Because Philip said the Greeks wanted to see Him.
Meaning as He goes to the Cross, He will then release the spirit and reproduce more of (Himself) Christs’ upon the face of the earth so that men will no longer be looking for one Jesus all over the place or in even Jerusalem.
He comes with the Clouds, a people of Glory.
