Hos. 4:6, ❞𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: .”𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻.❞

❞…𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗱.❞

This is the greatest indictment that the priesthood could get from the Father. But why? You may ask. Listen to this;

Ampl. Mal. 2:5, “My covenant [on My part with Levi] was to give him life and peace, because [on his part] of the [reverent and worshipful] fear with which [the priests] would revere Me and stand in awe of My name.

6 The law of truth was in [Levi’s] mouth, and unrighteousness was not found in his lips; he walked with Me in peace and uprightness and turned many away from iniquity.

7 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁❜𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 [𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘄], 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸 (𝗶𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲) 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵; 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀.

8 But you have turned aside out of the way; you have caused many to stumble by your instruction [in the law]; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi [with Me], says the Lord of hosts.”

Can you see that? When the priesthood forsakes the truth of God’s Word for the people, they end up in rejection from the Lord.

Now this can happen and yet the ministry is still going on unknown to even the followers of such ministry.

God’s intentions are that the people receive the mind of God as contained in His Word of truth from the priesthood. The true covenant God made with you as the minister is the ability to dispense His Word, not your word. Neither your petty doctrines but essentially His proceeding words that lead men back to Him as their true source and Father and not just you.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. That’s the growth of those receiving the Word you preach and teach into more of a Christ like nature (Eph. 4:11-13). If all you do is teach to entice the people’s minds towards you, then this is what God is regretting about in the above passage.

What follows? ”❞𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻.❞ So here we see the consequences of the rejection of the true knowledge of God by the priesthood.

That not only those who then were alive should be deprived of the priesthood, rejected; but their children who naturally should have succeeded them in the ministry are also now rejected as ministers.

This is one of the major dangers of who is your spiritual father? Is he a rejected priest for forsaking the truth of God’s word? Then don’t forget you are also. And though in the ministry you may just be doing your own thing, because the true covenant of life and peace that the Father will always have with His called ministers will not be with you.

This is why Jesus would say in Matt. 7:22, “Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 𝟮𝟯 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂: 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝗲, 𝘆𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆.❞

The word INIQUITY = is anomia, which means illegality; i.e., violation of law, wickedness, transgression of the law, unrighteousness.

By implication, you can do ministry with signs and wonders following without operating under the law of God as constituted; and that is what leads to your rejection.

When He said, ” ❞𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂,❞ that means I never had communion with you as my bride,

just like Adam KNEW His wife and she conceived… (Gen. 4:1). So here the Lord is speaking to the priesthood who has rejected the knowledge of God that I could not birth the man-child that was to rule the nations through you.

Know this. The true knowledge of God is his law (Word), His providence, His holy nature, His hatred of willful sinning, which is the rejection of His revealed proceeding word and power to deal with such situations, especially as it pertains to the priesthood; i.e, His rejection of the same.

Again, I state here that 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Let us not be too smart and turn it around to blame the Saints for the failure of the Church in her role on the earth.
