Mark 1:14-15, “Now after John was arrested and put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the good news (the Gospel) of the kingdom of God, And saying, The [appointed period of] time is fulfilled (completed), and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent (have a change of mind which issues in regret for past sins and in change of conduct for the better) and believe (trust in, rely on, and adhere to) the good news (the Gospel).” AMP.
Matthew 24:14, “And this good news of the kingdom (the Gospel) will be preached throughout the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then will come the end”
Luke 4:43-44, “But He said to them, I must preach the good news (the Gospel) of the kingdom of God to the other cities [and towns] also, for I was sent for this [purpose]. And He continued to preach in the synagogues of Galilee” AMP.
Acts 1:3, “To them also He showed Himself alive after His passion (His suffering in the garden and on the cross) by [a series of] many convincing demonstrations [unquestionable evidences and infallible proofs], appearing to them during forty days and talking [to them] about the things of the kingdom of God” AMP.
Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the Gospel (good news) of Christ, for it is God’s power working unto salvation [for deliverance from eternal death] to everyone who believes with a personal trust and a confident surrender and firm reliance, to the Jew first and also to the Greek” AMP.
2 John 1:9, “Anyone who runs on ahead [of God] and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ [who is not content with what He taught] does not have God; but he who continues to live in the doctrine (teaching) of Christ [does have God], he has both the Father and the Son” AMP.
2 John 1:9, “Anyone who gets so progressive in his thinking that he walks out on the teaching of Christ, walks out on God. But whoever stays with the teaching, stays faithful to both the Father and the Son” MSG.
Romans 14:17-18, “[After all] the kingdom of God is not a matter of [getting the] food and drink [one likes], but instead it is righteousness (that state which makes a person acceptable to God) and [heart] peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. He who serves Christ in this way is acceptable and pleasing to God and is approved by men” AMP.
This is the Gospel, ‘The kingdom of God’.
This is what He died for, for telling Pilate He was born a king.
This is the Gospel He asked the Disciples to preach.
The Good news is the reign of a King in His kingdom. For you cannot have a king without a kingdom.
This Gospel is the revelation of the peace of God in the hearts of men. It is the Righteousness of God impacted into man (for the kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17.20-21), it is the joy of God in a people.
Matthew 12:28, “But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out the demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you [before you expected it].” AMP.
The kingdom is the replacing of demonic powers in the hearts of men (Eph. 2:1-2) that was ruling them, but now being ruled by Christ through the Spirit.
And the Holy Ghost is the carrier of the kingdom as the kingdom is IN THE HOLY GHOST.
The word lacks peace today largely because the peace of God in the kingdom is not being preached.
Jesus even asked the disciples to pray thy kingdom Come and thy will be done on earth (Math. 6:10-12) because that’s what the earth needed.
As Myles Monroe would say God’s intent is to colonize the Earth as his will is being revealed through the kingdom.
Anything short of the Gospel of the kingdom is no Goodnews that Jesus died for.
You cannot be a disciple of a man and not believe what he believed, taught and died for.
Untill we see reasons to revert back to the real Goodnews, all that we are preaching are fragmented messages. This is why there is so much division within the body of Christ.
Grace is about His forgiveness but the kingdom is about His life and rule.
Romans 5:10, “For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, it is much more [certain], now that we are reconciled, that we shall be saved (daily delivered from sin’s dominion) through His [resurrection] life” AMP.
We are empowered with His life as kingdom people.
Friends let’s preach and teach what he taught and he lived and died for. The Goodnews of a reigning king. The Kingdom!
