Rev. 20: 12, “…ANOTHER BOOK was opened, which is the BOOK OF LIFE: and the dead were JUDGED out of those things which were written in THE BOOKS, according to their work.” “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in THE BOOK OF THE LIFE OF THE LAMB.. ” (Rev. 13:8).

So just as I stated previously in the case of Jeremiah (Jer. 1:5), each elect member of the Christ body has a ministry to fulfill which was fully recorded in the “Volume of the Book” a long, long time ago before they ever showed up here on the earth.

Now you can understand why God would ask Job this simple question when he was complaining of his trials;

“1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?…
4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. ..
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; {foundations: Heb. sockets} {fastened: Heb. made to sink?}
7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?” Job 38:1-7.

By implication, a long time ago when things were being put together, your spirit rejoiced with other sons of God. So why do you lack understanding of this fact and are now questioning your existence here on earth? ‘Job, as a son of God, you ought to know better.’!

You see my brother, all that God intends for you to be has been written down in your genetic code, your Book of Life. This is actually your prophetic destiny.

So you know what? When you came into this world, you seemed to have lost consciousness of your real you; and so it takes your birth by the Holy Spirit to ignite back to your mind and memory your real you. This is the mystery of being born again. Otherwise, tell me how did Moses write the Book of Genesis, the very foundation of the works of God in creation?

Jesus speaking of the Holy Spirit to His disciples said;

John 16:12, “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now…Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come… Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you…But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you” (John 16:12-13; 14:17,26).

Speaking about Moses in Egypt we are told,

“And when he was full forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brethren the children of Israel.
24 And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian:
25 For he supposed his brethren would have understood how that God by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not” (Acts 7:23-25).

The question is how did he know he was born a deliverer or savior such that he was expecting the Israelites to know this fact? Did you see that?

There is a place of remembering who you really are from the hands of God. You are not just here for being here’s sake.

You are on assignment here on the earth with God’s mandate registered fully in your spirit which should be awakened. Hence the Word refers to your spirit as the ‘Candle of the Lord.’

“The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly” (Prov. 20:27).

Your New Birth is the Holy Spirit giving light to your spirit which is God’s own candle, and this light begins to redirect your attention from the environment you are living in into the ultimate purpose of God for you. This is why you can see differently and can’t operate ministry in the same way as everyone else.

Your book has to be opened for people to read from and be blessed. Jesus would put it in a different way when he said, “By their fruits you shall know them.”

Meaning the evidence of your true you can be seen by the life and what you live for here on earth.

So understand that you lost consciousness of your real you, “the Book,” when you were born into this earth and formed of the dust of the ground from spirit essence. Hence you need your new birth to get back to the place of remembrance.

Why most people can’t function well in life is because they have not discovered “the Book,” or they are reading the pages of another man’s Book.
